"We are extremely happy with the work of Flow Rite Heating and Cooling. We’ve never experienced a service person with a greater work ethic and dedication to getting it right than Ramiro. We needed to replace a 24 year old failed SpacePak A/C unit built into the eaves of our 125 year old home. It was an extremely difficult job (in very cramped quarters) to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one. Ramiro gave us an extensive explanation of our options, a fair bid for the work, and he and his crew worked tirelessly for more than 15 hours to make sure the new unit was installed when he promised. He promptly returned several times to ‘tweak’ the new system until it was running perfectly. We rate Ramiro and Flow Rite ‘5 stars’ for expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, dedication and customer service."
